![]() Deathwish Inc. Passionate and inspiring, Killing the Dream embody relentless energy throughout their music and live show, which keeps them near the top of the hardcore community as bands go. Worldwide press, touring other continents including Europe and Japan, Killing the Dream deserve every ounce of recognition they receive with all the hard work they have put in. Over a year in the making, there is no question in my mind why this record is already being hyped up. "Fractures" is much more refined than previous releases and should contend right up there with the heavyweights of hardcore for album of the year. Blistering vocal delivery is nothing new for Killing the Dream singer Eli Horner. An immediate infusion of heaviness and tinged melodies keep "Fractures" moving along at a swift space. Tracks such as "34 Seconds" and "Part II" showcase the familiar Killing the Dream sound where huge pile ons and urgency are about to surface. "Fractures" and "Holding the Claws" also display the bands maturity over their five year existence. If you have been into Killing the Dream from the beginning, or just hearing them for the first time, "Fractures" will make you realize what you are missing. Available now at your local record store or head over to Deathwish Inc where the estore is open for you 24/7. Killing the Dream long awaited second full length has arrived, now go do yourself a favor and pick up your copy now. Rating 8.5/10 Album Clips & Download Links... |
