Fuck! Those are my exact words after hearing some of these songs on the c.d. This c.d. is fucking brutal, abrasive as fuck. It's the kind of thing that you turn down when your mom or sweet old grandma comes in just to spare them the audio insanity. Seriously this c.d. will make your asshole inhale. Wow. Hot damn. Hot shit. Hot fuck.
Well yeah... That's basically all I can say. I never really thought about checking this band out.. I just figured they were just pure grind but there is a lot more to this band than that. These guys are extremely talented and know a little more than the average "brutal" band about writing music. They also share members of Agoraphobic Nosebleed so if you're into them definitely check them out... I've heard it's pretty much the same just with a real drummer. 20 songs on the c.d. most of them clocking in under a minute and it never gets boring. I'm not sure if it's just one vocalist or maybe some backups from other members but if it's one dude than he is definately a bad ass vocalist. Many different styles, from pissed off screaming to Bannon style shreiks and more this guy kicks some ass. The drums are top notch, lightning fast and intensity is turned to 11. The guitars sound great and they definitely have the chops to compete with damn near any of the other metal guitarists. The recording overall is awesome, everything comes through, the vocals are right where they need to be. They're not always up front but you can tell that's how they wanted it, and best of all it's not a typical metal recording... It's very rough and raw sounding, completely fits this band, if they had a completely ultra clean recording than it just wouldn't work out. I'm not saying it would sound bad but it would definitely take away from the abrasiveness and just overall intensity of the band and songs. I know when you purchase the c.d. ( yeah i got it burnt fuck you i'll buy it when i'm not broke ) it has a 37 minute d.v.d. audio song entitled natasha which is supposed to blow the rest of the c.d. to hell. Honestly at this point I don't see how that's possible but as soon as I have it, which will be soon i will put an update.

Standout Tracks:

Pretty In Casts
Scarlet Hourglass
Gravedancer
Towering Flesh (favourite track)
Verminess

Ah fuck it they're all good. They pretty much all standout tracks just buy this and proceed to shit yourself.
